      1. Permissions
        1. Our Google Sheet Add-On requests certain permissions in order to function. Below are the details of the requested permissions and why we request them.
          • Connect to an external service
            • This is to ensure our Add-On can communicate with our servers to run complex data queries. For instance, the text query will need to be shared with an external server to publish results.
          • See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets
            • We read all your data on Google Sheets to populate results, including
            • Column Names
            • Data Types
            • Categorical Values
            • Raw Values
            • These are used to complete the text query typed out.
Post query analyses, we need this permission, to publish our results and charts back to the sheet in consideration.
          • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications
            • The sidebar is important to capture text queries, and the data range. Moreover, it is used to show results/ status of queries being processed.
      2. Google API Services User Data Policy
        1. chartGPT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements as mentioned on Limited Use Policy. Our app also adheres to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
    2. RETOOL
      1. We store email information (a), text query information (c) and auth-tokens (d) across Retool Databases. Read more about Retool’s Privacy Policy.
    3. PYTHON ANYWHERE
      1. Our endpoints are hosted on PythonAnywhere. Raw spreadsheet data (b) is temporarily stored in their servers. The data is deleted after the query is executed. Read more about Python Anywhere’s Privacy Policy.

    7. User information
    8. Raw spreadsheet data
    9. Auth tokens
    10. Spreadsheet identifiers
    11. We send a generic request and process the model's response. The results are published for the end user. Read more about OpenAI’s privacy policy.
